Use our online entry form to register. A spot for your team will be held in the
tournament for seven (7) days providing a deposit check in the amount of $1000.00 per
person (excluding Golf Professional) is received within this time period. If your deposit
is not received in this time span your entry will be relinquished to the next team entered
with deposit.

FAX or Mail:
Use our online entry form, print the form and mail or fax, including your deposit checks
to World Pro-Ams. Returned checks are subject to a service charge. You may fax your
entry to our office at 570-476-7517. A spot for your team will be held in
the tournament for seven (7) days providing a deposit check in the amount of $1000.00 per
person (excluding Golf Professional) is received within this time period. If your deposit
is not received in this time span your entry will be relinquished to the next team entered
with deposit.

CREDIT CARDS:
Unfortunately at this time World Pro-Ams does not accept credit cards as payment for
tournament fees.
CONFIRMATION:
Upon receipt of your entry with deposit a confirmation will be mailed back to you.
Approximately 60 days prior to the event you will receive a tournament package containing
your invoice and information pertinent to the tournament.
