Two Man Team Championship is limited to amateurs age 35 & older. You and your partner will have an opportunity to compete in both a Team Gross Division (without handicap) and a Team Net Division using your handicaps. Handicaps will be adjusted by 80%.

CONTESTANTS:

• Open to all male amateur golfers age 35 or older. (Players must have reached the age of 35 on or before October 31, 2004.)
• Senior Division for amateurs age 50 or older. (Both players must be 50 or older) If one contestant is under 50 and one is over 50, the team will be required to compete in the Under 50 Division. 
• Super Senior Division available for those amateurs 65 and older.
• All contestants must enter as a two man team.

LODGING:

• Accommodations are at the five star luxurious hotel, The Lodge at Pebble Beach®, judged to be among the finest hotels in the world.

Lodge guest rooms are distinctively furnished and decorated with an eye for detail

• Contestant in a single room $4795.00

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:

• 72-Hole Better Ball of Partners stroke play team competition played in both Gross Division (without handicap) and Net Division (with handicap)
• Teams making the cut after 54 holes will play the final 18 holes on Pebble Beach Golf Links® for the Gross and Net championship.
• All amateurs must provide proof of handicap to compete in Net Division.
• Those teams out of contention for the championship will play a 18 hole tournament with all teams starting even on either Spyglass Hill Golf Courses® or the Links at Spanish Bay®.

TEAM PRIZES:

• Team prizes consist of crystal engraved with the Tournament logo.
• Prizes will be awarded in both the Regular Division and the Senior Division and all flights played the final day.
• In the event of a tie for first place in either the regular or the senior division, a sudden death playoff will be held immediately following play. All other ties will be decided by a system as explained in the Rules of Play.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

• Tournament field is limited to first 20 teams entered with completed entry form and deposit of $500 per person.
• Final payment is due September 10, 2004.
• Airfare is additional. Travel arrangements may be made through your Travel Agency.

EARLY ARRIVALS & LATE DEPARTURES:

• For early arrivals and late departures please contact the tournament office at 800-797-9464. A credit card is required to secure these rooms.
• A limited number of tee times are available for those staying at The Lodge prior to the tournament.

Sunday, October 31st
Arrive at The Lodge at Pebble Beach®. Free day to relax. Team registration 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. At 7:00 PM, Welcome Reception and Orientation. Dinner not included.

Monday, November 1st
Breakfast at The Lodge at Pebble Beach®. 1st round of the World Two Man Team Championship. Dinner not included.

Tuesday, November 2nd
Breakfast at The Lodge at Pebble Beach®. 2nd round of the World Two Man Team Championship. Dinner not included.

Wednesday, November 3rd
Breakfast at The Lodge at Pebble Beach®. 3rd round of the World Two Man Team Championship. Dinner not included.

Thursday, November 4th
Breakfast at The Lodge at Pebble Beach®. Final round of the World Two Man Team Championship. Awards Cocktail Party followed by the Awards Banquet.

Friday, November 5th
Depart for home after breakfast.

• Deposits will be refunded 60 days prior to the event.
• 59 days prior to the event no refunds issued.
• No refunds for unused services.
