CONTESTANTS:
- Team consists of one (1) Golf Professional and
three (3) amateurs.
- Amateurs are the choice of the Golf Professional
and do not have to be members of his club.
- All contestants must enter as a four (4) man team.

*Golf Professional is the guest of the Tournament
Committee and will receive the same package as the amateurs plus $300.00 appearance fee.

are hotel accommodations, double occupancy, breakfast daily, Welcome
Reception, Awards Cocktail Party and Banquet.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:
- 72-Hole Team One Best Ball
Net
- 72-Hole Team One Best Ball

- 72-Hole Professional Championship for a total
purse of $5000.00
- All amateurs must provide proof of handicap to compete in Net
Division.
TEAM PRIZES:
- Team prizes consist of crystal engraved with the
Tournament logo.
- Prizes will be awarded in both Net and Gross
Divisions.
- No team may win in both divisions.

includes Professional Prize money, Professional Appearance money,
Team Crystal Trophies and Team Gifts. Based on 40 teams
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
- Tournament field is limited
to first 40 teams with completed entry form and deposit of $500
per person.
- Final payment is due
December 20, 2004.
- Entries will not be accepted
after December 20, 2004.
- Airfare is additional. Travel arrangements may be
made through your Travel Agency.

Sunday, February 20th
Arrive at The Lodge at Pebble Beach®. Free day to relax. In the evening, Professional
Meeting and Welcome Reception. Dinner not included.
Monday, February 21st
Breakfast at The Lodge at Pebble Beach®. 1st round of the World Pro-Am. Dinner not
included.
Tuesday, February
22nd
Breakfast at The Lodge at Pebble Beach®. 2nd round of the World Pro-Am. Dinner not
included.
Wednesday, February
23rd
Breakfast at The Lodge at Pebble Beach®. 3rd round of the World Pro-Am. Dinner not
included.
Thursday, February 24th
Breakfast at The Lodge at Pebble Beach®. Final round of the World
Pro-Am. In the evening, Awards Cocktail
Party followed by the Awards Banquet.
Friday, February 25th
Depart for home after breakfast.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Deposits will be refunded 60 days prior to the event.
- 59 days prior to the event no refunds issued.
- No refunds for unused services.
