Here is an opportunity for a
team from your club to participate in a tournament over the famous
Pinehurst courses and to enjoy the historic village of Pinehurst.
CONTESTANTS:
Open to all club professionals world wide
- Team consists of one (1) Golf Professional
(Club Professionals only) and
three (3) amateurs.
- Amateurs are the choice of the Golf Professional and do not have to be
members of his club.
- All contestants must enter as a four (4) person team.
HOTEL:

Carolina Hotel, Pinehurst Resort's signature hotel, has been selected as the
Tournament Headquarters for the World Pro-Am. |

*Golf Professional
is the guest of the Tournament Committee and will receive the same
package as the amateurs plus appearance fee.

guest fee is hotel accommodations, double occupancy, breakfast and
dinner daily, Welcome reception and Awards Cocktail Party and Banquet.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:

72-Hole Team One
Best Ball Net

- All
amateurs must provide proof of handicap to compete in Net Division.
TEAM PRIZES:
-
Team prizes consist of crystal engraved with the
Tournament logo.
-
Prizes will be awarded in both Net and Gross
Divisions.
- No team may win in both divisions.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
- Tournament field is limited to first 15 teams in
with completed entry form and deposit of $1000.00 per person.

Final payment is due September 15, 2008.
- Tournament will close once field is full. If field is not full entires will be accepted until September
15, 2008.
- Airfare
and rental cars are additional. Travel arrangements and rental cars
may be made though your local travel agency.
- The
nearest airport to Pinehurst is the Raleigh - Durham Airport.

Sunday,
November 16th
Arrive at the Carolina Hotel, Pinehurst Resort. Practice round today for teams who have made golf
reservations (Practice round not included in price). Registration
from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM Welcome
reception and dinner beginning at 7:00 PM.
Monday,
November 17th
Breakfast in the Carolina Room beginning at 6:00
AM. 1st round of the World
Pro-Am begins. Dinner in
the evening included at the Pinehurst Resort.
Tuesday,
November 18th
Breakfast in the Carolina Room beginning at 6:00
AM. 2nd round of the World
Pro-Am begins. Dinner in
the evening included at the Pinehurst Resort.
Wednesday, November
19th
Breakfast in the Carolina Room beginning at 6:00 AM.
3rd round of the World Pro-Am begins.
Dinner in the evening included at the Pinehurst Resort.
Thursday,
November 20th
Breakfast in the Carolina Room beginning at 6:00 AM.
4th round of the World Pro-Am begins.
Awards Cocktail Party and Banquet in the evening.
Friday,
November 21st
Depart for home after breakfast.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Deposits will be refunded 60 days prior to the event.
- 59 days prior to the event no refunds issued.
- No refunds for unused services.
